They are pretty strict as far as hours go and aren’t too keen on overtime unless help is absolutely needed. I would also help out in the call center, and during the slow season I was in the call center for most of my shift. Some days it was so busy you were lucky to get one 10 minute break. Lunch was 30 minutes and as a front desk agent we got two 10 minute breaks if it wasn’t busy. They provided a free meal for employees which was nice, but it wasn’t always the best and most days I wound up making a salad. The benefits were pretty standard, but kind of expensive. I was lucky to be full time so I would normally get most of my hours. During peak season it felt like I lived there, but during slow season if you weren’t full time you hardly ever got hours. The guests were from a variety of backgrounds and personalities, so it was a great place to hone your customer service skills. I got along well with everyone there because that is how my personality is. There was always some kind of drama going on between people and it was always hard to stay neutral, because everyone wanted you to pick their side of the drama. While it was a cool place to work as far co-workers and management go, some of the guests were a bit much.
